Breakfast: I didn’t have time, I had to skip it. Woke up late. Won’t do this again in the near future!
Lunch: 1 cup of brown rice mixed with 1/2 cup of chickpeas. Added a bit of hot sauce for flavour.
Dinner: Teriyaki Stir fry prepared with water. No oil. No rice. Only vegetables and chicken. No teriyaki sauce, only soya sauce.
*No sugared drinks today, only water and a glass of diet pepsi.
I feel like I did very well today :)

I’m weighing myself in the morning, I haven’t in a while. I suspect I’ll be between 163-165. I’ll give an update in the morning :)
